ART FOR THE CURIOUS: Benefiting artists & the planet—one print at a time

Art For The Curious (AFTC) is an online showcase/shop that brings together art and science for the good of our planet. We are passionate about supporting artists AND protecting the environment. We do both by providing a venue for professional exposure and income generation to artists, selling their science-inspired art as archival pigment prints on sustainably sourced bamboo paper, and donating 15% of the profits from every sale to environmental charities.

We'd like to invite established and emerging artists to submit art that references, in any way, science, nature or technology to our curatorial team for sale in our collection.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking art that:

• Refers to, is inspired by, or illustrates any scientific idea, topic or discipline (in anatomy, zoology, astronomy, geology, technology, etc.)
• From any image-making discipline/approach (creative/expressive, technical/didactic, documentary/investigative, etc.)
• Created in any two-dimensional traditional or digital medium
