Gallery 1313

Gallery 1313 has rental opportunities for exhibitions for the summer and fall of 2012 . We are now taking submissions for consideration .There are two separate spaces available – the Main Gallery with 1300 sq. ft. and the Process Gallery with 110 sq.ft. The gallery has 14 ft.ceilings, halogen lights and a courtyard entrance. The gallery will help with installation and promotion of exhibitions. The gallery takes no commission on sales and requires artists in the main gallery to monitor on weekends 1-6pm.

Artists are asked to submit 6-10 jpeg images, an artist statement, current CV and a written proposal. It can be mailed to Gallery 1313, 1313 Queen St. West, Toronto, Ontario, M6K 1L8 or emailed to director@g1313.org, attention Phil Anderson.

Gallery 1313 is a charitable not for profit artist run centre operating since 1998. It is also available for events, book launches and screenings.

Gallery 1313 is an artist run centre that supports emerging arts practitioners with professional development and career building opportunities, offers members a welcoming space to connect with colleagues, develop their practice, and contribute to the operations of the gallery, and engages the public with contemporary art exhibitions and cultural events through community outreach.

Gallery Hours are Wed-Sun. 1-6pm.
