This new course explores digital installation as an artistic medium. This is an open concept studio course where students can engage in sculpture, drawing, electronics, photoshop, video and anything they can dream up. Students conceptualize, design and build an installation with the aid of two instructors, Dunstin Wenzel (drawing,sculpture) and Joe Hambleton (video, installation). Students should have basic computer experience.

Toronto School of Art Winter Open House

It's that time of year again, the holidays are here and TSA will be having its annual Winter Open House....always something to love!

Ever wonder what students are creating in their classes? The Open House offers a perfect chance for you to see what students have been working on all term. The show is set-up by class showing what one can delve into and accomplish in that medium and with a particular instructor.

Work will be displayed throughout the school, with special installation projects from a few of our Digital Art Students. Visit the Professional Art Studio (formerly ISP) and immerse yourself in one of the five PASC students' semi-private spaces to see their work in progress. The wonderfully creative art treasure boxes from the Hidden Gems fundraiser will be on sale, we will have raffle tickets with a grand prize of a free course, and expect lots of holiday food and drink.

Come socialize with students, alumni, staff and faculty!
