Lynne Mcilvride Evans is pleased to announce her 22nd annual solo Easter weekend studio show.
The artist loses herself in the strange geological anomaly that is the ancient riverbed of Montserrat Catalonia. Mark-making on paper revels in and reveals the ancient pattern of stress marks and stretch marks on the surface of the earth: patterns created when the earth was moving, which now move us. These are large watercolour panoramas that look at the beauty of the earth's movement safely from the distance of time.
