Exhibition Spaces Available for 2011

The Gladstone Hotel, Toronto’s arts incubator is currently seeking submissions for 2011.  We have lots of opportunities to get involved in our lively arts community with studio rentals, exhibition spaces and group shows throughout the year. We don’t take a commission of your sales and our social networking philosophy engages a wide local and international community.  Plan your solo exhibition or organize a group show in one of our galleries. If you’re a new or emerging artist, don’t worry, we have expertise to help you make your show a hit. We also offer discounts for students and CARFAC members.

Gladstone Gallery
12-foot ceilings
Original hardwood & crown molding with a balcony overlooking Queen St.
Over 90 feet of running wall space.
Additional 250 feet of optional studio spaces.
$250 per day (minimum 3 day rental) or $1200 per week – studio pricing on request.

Art Bar
Perfect for solo exhibitions or small collective shows the Art Bar offers street level access on the Queen West strip of Galleries. The Art Bar features over 50ft of wall space and can support multimedia works audio and video, exhibition rentals start at $350 per week.

Upcoming Group Exhibitions & Submission Deadlines
Throughout the year we host group exhibitions for various citywide arts festivals featuring local and international artists and inviting hotel guests to co-mingle with a variety of creative communities.  Please visit our website for submission details and deadlines.

Artist Studios
Become a part of the Gladstone’s in house creative community and work in one of our bright airy studios.  With daily, weekly and monthly rates available, our studios offer a welcoming atmosphere to complete your creative projects. Studios start at $90/day or $550/month.
