The Faculty of Fine Arts at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, is seeking qualied applicants for limited-term appointment positions effective August 15, 2010 to May 31, 2011 in the following departments:

Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema

Film Production

Music

Contemporary Classical Music Studies
Electroacoustic Studies
Jazz Studies

Studio Arts

Studio Arts (ARTX)
Ceramics
Print Media

Theatre

Theatre Performance/Theatre and Development

Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled. Applications should reach departments no later than March 1, 2010.

Individuals holding limited-term appointments may be reappointed, given continued funding and need, as well as satisfactory job performance. Together, initial appointments and subsequent reappointments may not exceed 36 months or a span of three consecutive years.

Subject to budgetary approval, we anticipate filling these positions for August 15, 2010. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and permanent residents of Canada will be given priority. Concordia University is committed to employment equity.
