PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Daniels’ The Logan is a new master planned community located on the south side of Queen Street East between Logan Avenue and Morse Street in Toronto. The 6-storey mixed-use condominium will house 73 units in the heart of Leslieville, one of Toronto’s most vibrant, evolving neighborhoods. The building is setting a new standard for architecture and urban design in Leslieville with its warm brick exterior echoing the architecture of the surrounding area and a thoughtful mix of light-filled, contemporary spaces.

Daniels understands each new home community as a work of art. From conception through to completion, every Daniels high-rise and low-rise neighbourhood is designed to enhance its surroundings and the community. Daniels has established an innovative approach to interior décor that is focused on sourcing local art where we look to integrate mixed artwork mediums within the same building to help tell the story of the community’s unique character. The addition of striking local art through community engagement has become a cornerstone of the company’s design philosophy.

For Daniels’ The Logan, the team is looking to source pieces of modern art that are inspired by vintage/ nostalgic images or techniques. Daniels is accepting proposals for consideration of three (3) opportunities for engaging artwork pieces to be purchased/commissioned for common amenity areas within The Logan, to bring the space to life and tie everything together.
